Update on writing an email about the transphobe!
Honestly better than expected. Owner of the salon talked to everyone and the old lady (TURNS OUT HAS A GAY SON AND A TRANS NIECE) won’t be allowed to talk like that while getting her hair done again. ☺️ “I will make sure everyone here learns a big lesson from this.”
Honestly all I was really hoping for was that the owner didn’t double down and protect that kind of behavior.

Feeling a bit like a Karen but I had to send an email today complaining about another stylist and her client across the room that were openly bashing a teenager that just came out as trans.. the older lady, I assume a grandma/old aunt was practically shouting how “ugly” this teen’s new eyeshadow was, made comments about their body and there were also mentions of how “awful” the concept of a drag show was.
