dangerous family violence offender, meth + GHB dealer and @VictoriaPolice informant Leon Ziang Li, uses his phone to terrorise his victims and tries to mock them for their mental health concerns. He laughs as he tells everyone my mate is crazy so that he can isolate him and leave him helpless without a support system. Then he tells him to kill himself - which he almost did because of Leon Ziang Li - Victoria Police should stop encouraging people who do this sort of thing which is clearly family violence.
