About holding decision

・We are very sorry, but we cannot guarantee transportation and accommodation expenses even if the event is canceled due to the physical strength of an organization like ours.
・If there is an instruction from the government due to the influence of new infectious diseases, etc., the event may be canceled or part of the content may be changed in accordance with the instructions.

Request before visiting

・Please be sure to wear clothes on the day of the event.

・Please refrain from visiting if you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher.

Requests at the venue

・Bringing in large luggage such as a carry case is prohibited. Please leave it in a coin locker at Nagano Station.
・Please manage your baggage and valuables at your own risk.
・You cannot bring animals or pets into the venue.
・This event may publish videos and photos of the venue including the audience on YouTube. Please visit us after understanding in advance.
・Lost items at the venue will be stored according to the library rules. Please contact the Nagano Prefectural Library. The Lambda Engineering Department will take good care of minor items left behind.
・Please understand and cooperate with the instructions from the staff. If you do not follow the instructions of the staff on the day, the event may be canceled or you may be asked to leave.

About gifts

・The gift will be handed over to the creator after the staff confirms that the gift has been opened.
・Please be assured that the staff will not censor the letter unless it is suspiciously thick.
・Letters and gifts received cannot be returned.
・ Raw things, living things, cash, cash vouchers,Hazardous materials requiring qualification to handle,For extremely large items, we will refuse to accept them at the discretion of the staff.

Other Notes

・Waiting is prohibited.

· We will refuse Admission in the state of alcoholic burning hard.

・Sit-downs and gatherings in the vicinity of the venue are strictly prohibited, as they cause inconvenience to library users and the ecosystem of the adjacent park.

・The organizer will not be held responsible for any accidents caused by not following the staff's instructions and precautions.
