Chauffeur's hygiene (COVID-19).

As a private transportation company, we prioritize health and hygiene. You are entitled to a safe and clean journey. We utilize anti-bacterial wipes between trips, distribute hand sanitizer to our clients, and spray the vehicle from the inside twice a day to ensure we have a clean and safe vehicle waiting for you.

Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, we have implemented a set of policies and cleaning protocols known as “Sanitized Car Service” to offer our clients the necessary safety for them and their families.

What happens if my flight delays or arrives early?

JetBlack Transportation monitors all flight arrival times at New York’s major airports, including JFK, LGA, EWR, ISP, HPN, and TEB. We keep the chauffeur’s app up to date on airline delays. We inform them of pick-up time adjustments based on flight updates. It doesn’t matter if you arrive late or early, as long as we have the right flight number. Make sure to provide us with the exact flight details on the booking page as we track the flight for you. You may check your flight details on the airline’s website or the Flight Aware website

How long is the limo waiting time at airports?

We provide 15 minutes for the residential or business pickup and driving the client to the airport. For limo waiting time at airports, we provide the client with 30 minutes for national ( domestic) flights, and/or 60 minutes for international arrivals when the extra time is needed for customs clearance. This waiting time goes against the custom clearance and luggage collection. We asked our clients to call +1 646 214 4828 for pickup or buzz our app to alert the chauffeur to pull over to the pickup area.

In case you request the “Meet and Greet service” you don’t have to call or buzz as your chauffeur will be inside the arrival terminal with the name sign to greet you upon arrival. In case you miss the sign with your name you can call +1 646 214 4828 or buzz the app for help. You still have the same courtesy for your limo waiting time -30 minutes for a national flight, and 60 minutes for an international flight.

Can I add more time to the limo waiting time?

Yes, you can add more time to your limo waiting time. Ask your representative during the booking or confirmation phase to change the free waiting time to add extra time if you have special requirements. For example: instead of 60 minutes of free limo waiting time to have 90 minutes due to the customs clearance. Or you conduct a meeting in the airport before going to your destination.

Make sure to alert our team for this time extension in the booking or confirmation base, otherwise, you will be charged for the extra time as the regular waiting time. You can check the rate for the waiting time here.

Car was appropriate and driver was friendly, but not that knowledgeable of the city. We had a 3 hour NYC tour planned and transportation from LGA with a set price. Problem is the driver kept encouraging us to do more without ever saying there would be extra charges for more time. He said he had nothing else to do until the evening. My wife said multiple time we need to wrap up before we are out of time, and he kept pressing on. A couple hours after drop off, I found out they were charging me for an an additional hour that they claim we asked for.I think I will ask my credit card company to dispute. I wouldn't use them for a city tour, but may be alright for basic transportation.Trip 31292UPDATE:After a week of discussion, Jet Black has refunded the extra charges to my satisfaction. I trust they are investigating the miscommunication issue internally. If you are from out of town and not used to limo charges, be careful to always ask if an additional charge is involved for any itinerary change.

Terrible car company. Do not use JetBlack Transportation.We waited to get picked up at MetLife Stadium for more than 90 minutes and the driver never arrived. He kept texting me telling us to walk to various lots but then he wasn't there when we arrived, and said he was told to move. For some reason, he would not go to the official pick-up lot where the Stadium signs said for cars to pick up and instead he kept telling us to walk to other lots. It was freezing cold and after midnight, but we were being so patient with him and went to all the lots he told us to go to.Then after we walked for more than a mile around the stadium for more than 90 minutes, he said his office canceled the ride so he wasn't coming after all!So we had to call a Lyft at 1am, which luckily to find us in only 6 minutes since that driver was smart and he went to the actual pick up lot where cars were allowed in and where all the signs said to go.THEN, the worst part, the company has the gall to bill me for the ride anyway and they are arguing with AmEx lying amd claiming that I no-showed the ride when I have dozens of text messages from both the driver and their office that night showing that they are lying.JetBlack is a scam. For all I know, they never even sent a driver to us. They make you send them an email ahead of time authorizing them to charge your card, and they sent that email to AmEx to claim that I had approved the charge despite not getting the ride I had hired them for.Do NOT use Jet Black. They will not show up and will charge you anyway!Addendum: The company responded to my review and said they were refunding me - but Then, after AmEx decided in my favor, JetBlack charged me Again! They are dishonest frauds. Do not use this company. They will charge you multiple times even when they don't send a driver!!

I was able to get a ride with my family and cancelled on 48 hours ahead of my ride and these people charged me 30$. They then blamed me for not being aware of their cancellation fee! I have NEVER heard of a car service charging a cancellation fee unless the ride was canceled within 24 hours. I’ll never use this company and I recommend you don’t either

I found this company online as they mentioned they are pet friendly and we are headed out of town with my service dogs that have flown about 20 times this year alone and we normally park at the airport but this trip is a bit longer. I booked the car and it specifically says that service dogs do not needed to be crated. This is directly from their website "Pets are allowed in our fleet. Clients need to keep pets crated and keep their vehicle in clean condition and free of pet hair to avoid cleaning/detailing fees. Service animals used by customers with disabilities are allowed in the vehicle without a carrier.Jan 20, 2020"Then I receive a confirmation email and it asked me if the pets would be in carriers and if they are not then I need to bring my own seat covering to avoid cleaning charges. I continued to look at the breakdown of coast and they are charging me per bag $25 per bag. Below is the breakdown of cost. ITs beyond ridiculous so I would suggest not using them EVERFlat Rate: 94.51Per Unit: (2 x 25.00) 50.00Std Grat 20%: (20%) 28.90Congestion Fees $2.75: 2.75STC Surch 11%: (11%) 19.08Voucher Fee $4: 4.00

Jetblack Limousine & Transportation were AWESOME for my son's wedding week-end. I hired them to transport our guests from the Hotel to the Rehearsal Dinner. Our driver was constantly jumping between accelerating and breaking, even on long smooth stretches of highway. Constant revv/break for the entire 1.25 hours from JFK to Connecticut really jiggles you around, it's tiring. Tried to talk to him about it be he didn't understand what I was asking. not a smooth or comfortable ride sadly.

This was my family's 1st time using jet black Limousine Service. I have done extensive use of transportation services in the past and really did my homework prior to scheduling. I have used them in the past and just like then the service we just receive is exceptional.We used 2 charter buses and one party bus to move 200 plus people from the hotel to the church and back to the hotel for the reception. I booked a ride (conf #19405) from JFK to NJ for my employer twice (once in February and once last weekend). On both occasions, he related that the ride was stellar. He appreciated the cleanliness of the car, the punctuality and overall professionalism of the driver. On the last occasion, I had to add a passenger at the last minute and the process was seamless. The process was very easy. My only advice is to book a week in advance if you can as I am sure that contributes to the smoothness of the process. We will use the service again.

Very very rude service. Booked a car for the time would be off flight and done with customs. I called ahead and confirmed this. Driver said he came for the time my flight arrived and then would charge extra for waiting time. The driver was polite but customer service rep was extremely rude and unprofessional. Why would we ask to come when flight lands? We still have to get luggage and be processed. Customer service rep yelled at me and called me names. STAY AWAY

We decided to arrange a surprise for our kids on our arrival at Newark with a stretch limo transfer to our accommodation in West New York. I had various questions beforehand that were answered fully and quickly. On arrival my UK cell phone would not work but a couple of calls to the office quickly relayed our pickup location to our driver, who was with us very quickly thereafter. The transfer itself was very smooth, although fortunately I was concentrating and realised the driver was heading to the wrong address. He quickly realised the mistake and it didn’t take any longer in the end. The kids loved their surprise and I’ll be using JetBlack for our return transfer in a few weeks. Highly recommend.
