Well, Google, you're going to send the Panics of All Panics now. blog.google/technology/saf Please indicate clearly if you will delete Youtube videos under this policy if they are sitting on many, many views, or are linked heavily. Because if so, the YouTubepocalypse is here.

Deceased people generally don't log in (unless their estates take control of their accounts). So are all of their videos going to disappear in two years?
Say goodbye to Aussie50โ€™s backyard tinkering and washing machine shenanigans videos. He took his own life a few years ago and we donโ€™t know if anyone else has access to his account.

Interesting that they use 'weak security' as a cover story for why they need to delete everything. Because traditionally, you deal with insecure credentials by expiring them and forcing the owner into a potentially tedious account recovery process, or freezing the account.
