Ordered same day delivery groceries Aug 31st
They said they would be here Aug 31
Changed their mind to Sept 1st
Changed their mind again to Sept 4th
Changed their mind again to maybe Sept 5th
If you ask them to cancel the order & give you back your money ???
Oh we can't do that you can return them if you don't want them for a refund
HOW CAN I RETURN ANYTHING IF YOU CAN'T EVEN TELL ME WHEN THE ORDER IS COMING ?!?

Yeah at that point I'm contacting the bank to block the fraudulent transaction and refusing reception at delivery point. Even easier if you used something like paypal to pay.

You're better off ordering things through DoorDash or a similar app, it may cost more but you know you're getting it the same day.

Politely refuse the order when it arrives, if you can be there for that, and you'll receive a full refund. At least here in Canada, anyway.

Extremely fortunate that I have a choice of around 3 supermarkets that will deliver here in Scotland. Free over £50. Hope you work something out.
