UM590: Up to three monitors can be connected at the same time with a maximum resolution of 4K@60Hz.
UM560XT: Up to three monitors can be connected at the same time with a maximum resolution of 4K@60Hz.
UM690: Up to three monitors can be connected at the same time with a maximum resolution of two 4K@60Hz plus one 8K@60Hz.
6. Can I use the USB-C port to power up UM590, UM690 and UM560XT?
The USB-C port can not be used as a power supply port. Please use the DC19V power supply.

Except for the barebones version, all versions come with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. The barebones version does not include RAM and SSD; therefore, it does not have pre-installed Windows 11 Pro.

Hi! If you'd like to install an HDD, the recommended thickness of the heat strip is 1mm. If you do not want an HDD, the recommended thickness of the SSD plus the heatsink is 7mm.

I ordered the UM590 since the UM690 was not available at that time (12/26/2023). Took a while to get out of HongKong SAR. But once it left HK SAR on 1/8/2023, and landed in US, it only took couple days for DHL to deliver it. I'm quite pleased with the delivery service. Unit received in good condition, well-packed/padded and components were correctly configured. I'm still impressed at how small the unit is - my phone is actually bigger. I immediately installed 2.5" 2TB SATA drive before booting it up. Everything worked fine (thanks MF for providing the SATA interface cable). Minor complaint is that the 4 cover screws were tightly screwed in. Using a smaller screwdriver did not give me enough torque and I almost stripped the screws. Probably good to have bigger screw holes in the future or hex head screws? Or I just need to buy a good set of screwdrivers, eh? PC booted up quickly with no issues. Performance was great and I was able to configure display so there is no weird scaling (circles become ovals). I have a 34" ACER curved monitor which still looks great using my 10+ year old PC with an older-model NVIDIA GE Force GT 710 video card. It can run my monitor at 3440x1440@60Hz. The UM590 with the AMD Radeon graphics card can do 3440x2160@30Hz. I have it set to 3840x1620@30Hz to get the scaling right. I do not do gaming on my PC so this is good for home/office tasks, web browsing, YouTube video watching and some video streaming every now and then. I had to download the actuals drivers for ACER monitor (PIA) and AMD Radeon Graphics. Staff was also receptive to queries even during the holidays. All in all - 2 thumbs up and 5 stars for this purchase! I recommend this company.
