A word with Scrawley
What is your field, and how did you get in?
I am a 2-D Animator. I was influenced by my great great grandfather who was a painter. Somehow I always knew I would be involved with some form of art work when I was little. It was in Community College did I realize I wanted to be an animator.Where do you want your Journey to lead you?
To Outer Space. I don't know why, but it would be awesome to draw while on a space walk hahaWhat would you like to achieve within the next year?
A new job, with an awesome company. So far, how have you been developing your skills?
Been working on commissions and drawing for myself. With a little bit of animation here and there. I need to work on my animation more really .Where does your motivation come from?
Motivation=LifeWhere do you go when you seek inspiration?
Tumblr, but that is starting to become a BAD idea for it takes up my drawing time. I enjoy bouncing ideas off my friends (who are not fellow artist so sometimes it gets hard for they don't understand what I am trying to do) What are some of your favorite artists and genres?
Some of my favorite artist are Leonardo da Vinci, Salvador Dali, Edward Gorey, Vincent van Gogh, Claude Monet, Katsushika Hokusai, and Alphonse Mucha. Genres are Adventure, Fantasy, Historical, Romance, and there are a lot more that I like. What are some of your favorite writers and books?
I love Tolkien's, The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings, J.K. Rowlings Harry Potter series, Dan Wells Not a Serial Killer (A John Wayne Cleaver trilogy), Patricia Elliott's The Pale Assassin series, and there are a bunch more that I can't recall. What do you listen to?
Music. Haha okay okay I listen to anything from Classical to Hip-Hop. I am not a huge Country music fan, but I've been known to find some good songs from there too. I do not listen to rap. What is your favorite website?

Today’s topic was Tie. I didn’t want to draw anyone wearing a tie because I do that a lot. So instead I drew one of my Victorian Football (Soccer) players with the red string of fate tied to pinky finger looking disgruntled by the bloody red string. Pretty sure he doesn’t want to find out who’s on the other end too!

Today made me realize how much I miss drawing like this. All I did was start from a circle and went from there. My favorite season has always been Fall, followed closely by Winter (partly because my bday is in the Winter haha)
