I've been struggling to find a job in tech despite over 20 years experience. At this point, my UI has expired and I'm open to anything within reason. I have rheumatoid arthritis but I'm a pretty active hiker. I applied for an associate mail carrier and took the assessment test yesterday. Got an email today that I failed and would not be considered for the job. Of 56 questions, half were about working under highly stressful conditions or whether I would help coworkers or finish my assignments. I leaned towards being a team player but didn't go overboard. Guess I'm not USPS material.
I've applied for warehouse jobs and even an entry level position in a factory. Same form rejection letters. :(
