Sleeping Witch Sickness
An illness characteristic of witches in which one falls asleep for a long time. The cure is to cast a spell on a sacrifice to enter the mind of the sick witch and and wake them. In this moment, Akko acts as the sacrifice and enters Sucy’s mind.
Witch’s Medicine A book every witch family has about illnesses that witches contract, medicinal herbs that could be of use, and the habitats of different animals for sacrifices. A copy is distributed to every dorm room at Luna Nova.

Rules for going outside Luna Nova
1. Carry pride as a student of Luna Nova 2. Do not use magic
Amulet A charm to make sure one returns safely. It is left behind at the place one must return to incur feelings of wanting to return. Lotte’s is Night Fall, Sucy’s is a mushroom, and Akko’s is her Shiny Chariot card.
Grave Blusher A mushroom that can only grow in cemeteries. It is a mushroom necessary for necromancy if one wishes to call the spirits of the dead. When it is mixed with restoration magic, it is able to resurrect the dead.
The Golden Age of Magic A period between the witch hunts and the Industrial Revolution 200 years ago. Without machines, people lived relying on magic for almost everything. The Headmistress’s parents ran a magic curio shop in Brightonbury during this period.
Mr. Holbrook A skeleton that Akko resurrected from the graveyard due to a mistake with her restoration magic. He is really Headmistress Holbrook’s father.
