    The Kyuden eco app is an app that allows you to participate in the "Energy Saving Challenge" during the time period notified by us in advance.

    It will be a success if the electricity consumption for January, February, and March 2023 can be reduced by 3% compared to the same month of the previous year.
    In addition, in order to make an accurate comparison when the number of days used differs, the comparison is based on the "average daily usage".

    The average daily usage is the "power consumption per day" calculated by dividing the total power consumption in each month by the number of days of use in each month. (Rounded to the second decimal place)

  • What happens if there is no record for the same month of the previous year due to moving etc.?

    If we cannot confirm the amount of usage in the same month of the previous year, we will judge the achievement of power saving based on the amount of usage in the previous month.

    For customers whose first bill is January 2023, please participate in the power saving program from February.
    For customers whose first bill is February 2023, please participate in the power saving program only for March.

  • How do you determine if the power saving achievement benefit has been successful?

    Determined by the following formula.
