please contact our Terms of Service team and explain this is what you did and why. I am not able to view what exactly was happening, but maybe if you were doing it quickly it could have triggered a ban as you being a potential bot.

It blows me away that so many innocent people have been banned over and over for the same companion app issue that was provided be EA and there still no is no resolution and so many people banned still. We put in a lot of time on this game we shouldn't be punished for EA's mess ups
