Madden 22 companion app ban

Anyone else have their account restricted ? I recently sold a lot of cards that I made for cheap sniping and building TOTY players and then sold then on the app . I should have known something stupid like this would happen from EA. All they care about is 💰 💰 💰. This is ridiculous , has this happened to anyone else after using companion app???? 😡

You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team in relation to any ban.

There is no other way to speak with the team and we are not able to assist with TOS issues on AHQ.

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
3. Choose your platform.
4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
5. Fill out any other details below.
   • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
6. Click Select contact option.
7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

I'm getting access restricted and I've done no trading at all recently. And I can't access ultimate team in the game either - the tile is missing.

@SportsKing812 I am getting same message. Just bought Daryl Williams this morning at 5 am it was working fine. They might be updating for season 3.

Dude Me too, had 800k worth of cards on the block prepping for todays releases and can’t access the app. I’m at work and pissed off I can’t unload these cards. It so hard to find an answer

I sold most of my team ahead of the ultimate legends and season 3 release and woke up to an account restricted message. This EA money grab is getting blatant and ridiculous.  This is the last madden I buy. And don't bother replying with the contact ea help message. I get it.

Same exact issue. It better be the update to a season 3. I have no idea why I’d be banned.

So you’re probably not banned. What I found out is the levels reset And you have to be level two to access the auction on the app. I signed in played a challenge got to level two and now it works

Ya I recently got restricted to use the companion app but can still play the game. I was saving up a bunch of 92s to make into a new ultimate legend and seen they were not gonna go into the new sets so I put all of them into Billy Johnson 96s that were selling for 170k and now I cannot access the app anymore. I dont understand why I would get restricted access.
