Many attorneys and law firm staff struggled with depression and substance abuse long before the pandemic, and conversation in the last few years has increasingly turned toward finding ways to address those challenges. But the results of ALM’s 2021 Mental Health and Substance Abuse Survey show lost ground in that effort.
