PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL ME FOR A MANUAL: Unfortunately, counterfeiters left a card in their deck with my copyright notice and website that suggests a pdf manual is available. Please ignore it. If you have an authentic deck, the same applies (with my apologies). For this reason, please don’t buy this deck used without a manual, and please make sure you don’t lose your physical manual. Due to the huge number of emails I receive requesting a pdf, I can no longer reply to each one individually.

What To Do if You Purchased a Counterfeit

We all get duped sometimes. So, if you purchased a counterfeit by accident, I suggest you request a refund from the seller, whether it is from an online seller or a physical shop. Requesting refunds helps take money out of the hands of sellers of counterfeits. It also refunds the fees and charges that platforms like Amazon charge (these platforms may also make money from providing fulfillment and storage to counterfeiters). I receive more emails requesting manuals than sales of my authentic deck. The fact that only a small fraction of people buying counterfeits would ever contact me, proves that this is a huge problem.

If you haven’t already purchased a counterfeit, buyer beware. The most common response I hear when declining to offer a manual is that the deck is “useless” without one and there is a feeling of money wasted. So, again, buyer beware.
