Is Celsys aware that the LAION-5B dataset does actually include unconsented user data and also private medical records? If the aim is to create a new tool for artists, allow artists to feed their own works into the AI if they choose and make use of strictly public domain photos.

Please do not support Stability AI LTD. I know they're open source, but they shouldn't be promoted in any way for what they've used to create their dataset.

are you completely unaware of the response of your artists against EVERY instance of AI art since the beginning to dA's? did u do NO market research at all? how could you include this while aware?? it's not about the ai, it's the dataset you are borrowing from.

I saw this policy from another ai app, why are you not doing something like this? individual usage tool that can extrapolate based on submissions and then delete that data after? why use dataset that was built on theft?

Regardless of collecting user data, Stable Diffusion already has some massive rights issues with the content inside it to begin with. Until those are addressed, you shouldn't even *begin* considering integrating it.
