We collect art licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution (BY), Attribution-ShareAlike (BY-SA), or CC0 license.

You are free to use, distribute, and/or modify any art in our Gallery and Favourites for any purpose, including mature content and commercial use, within or outside DeviantArt, as long as you credit the artist. (And if you use CC BY-SA art, your derivative work MUST be published under the same CC BY-SA license.)

You can search for CC BY and CC BY-SA art in DA using Google Images.

We DO NOT accept:

Art with no license specified -- the artist MUST specify a free license using DA's CC licensing feature

Art under a NonCommercial (NC) or NoDerivatives (ND) license

Fan art, unless the original work is free

Stolen art

Collab art, unless all collaborators state a free license

Art using a non-free base

Doll maker art that is non-free or mass-producible (Kisekae, Pastel Girl, etc.)

A portrait of a real person (due to the right of publicity)

Art with additional restrictions (such as "do not repost the original image")
