3. Steam in a pot. When the swim bladder becomes rotten and soft and turns white, take it out of the water, save the water and put it on a plate, steam it in a pressure cooker for about 30 to 40 minutes, take a piece and bite it with your teeth, feeling waxy and soft and sticky.
4. Smash the glue: take out the glue, immediately put it into the garlic mortar and tamp it for a long time. The longer the tamping time is, the more broken the swim bladder is, the better. In this way, the glue yield is high. If the glue is dry, add an appropriate amount of boiled water and continue to tamp;
5. Boiling: take out the beaten glue, put it on the gauze and wrap it. Boil the water in an iron pot, put an iron bowl in the pot, put an appropriate amount of boiling water, put the gauze in the iron bowl, soak it while squeezing it, and repeat it until all the glue liquid penetrates into the bowl;
6. Drying: pour the glue solution in the bowl into a large and flat appliance, and the glue solution will condense into a thin jelly at the bottom of the appliance. After a period of time, it will be uncovered, torn into small pieces, and placed in a ventilated place for drying until all the water evaporates, and the colloid is dry and hard.
