Our company was established in 1949 as a feed sales business, and in 1963 we became Yamaguchi Seisakusho, which has been operating for many years mainly in the design, manufacture, and assembly of steel frames, cans, and hardware. The company was incorporated in 1975 and celebrated its 65th anniversary in 2014, changing its name to Yamaguchi Heavy Industries, Ltd. to make further progress.
Our company has a long history, and we have various people working for us. As a result, there is a wide range of age groups in the Production Control Department, Manufacturing Department 1, Manufacturing Department 2, Manufacturing Department 3, and General Affairs and Purchasing Department, with different personalities, including gentle and energetic people. However, we all care about each other and have excellent teamwork, which is especially important in our work. Sometimes the leaders’ guidance is strict, but the expectation and love for the people are at its root. Therefore, while our work is precise, we can work in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
We will continue cooperating and guiding each other as we have consistently done since our establishment. We conduct manufacturing activity with sincerity for our customers―this is our motto, and we intend to continue our business as ironworkers.
