Since the founding in 1908, we, Kiyoken, have continued to create the taste of Yokohama.
We have a variety of flavors of Yokohama, such as "Shiumai", rich in flavors of pork and dried scallops, "Shiumai Bento" packed with commitment to "delicious even when cooled", "Yokohama Moon Cake" and "Steamed bun" that match the taste of the Japanese.
In addition, we have developed restaurant business mainly in Yokohama city. Yokohama has widely accepted the culture of the world. Our cuisine is also full of originality, sticking to local production for local consumption, while inheriting traditional international cuisine.
Kiyoken's Shiumai was born out of the desire to create Yokohama's specialty. Since its release in 1928, it has delivered the same deliciousness with the same recipe.
This bite-sized Shiumai is delicious even cold, with rich flavor of domestic pork and dried scallop from Okhotsk marine.
In 1954, "Shiumai Bento" appeared as a sister of Shiumai from the thought of making a unique ekiben in Yokohama". This Bento, packed with commitment to "delicious even cold", is familiar to many people since its launch. In recent years, the way to eat this bento is also a hot topic.
