Govnr Newsom-since the 2nd Amend only speaks about "arms"-why cant CA regulate the heck out of ammunition? Ammunition is not mentioned in the 2nd Amend Why cant CA pass a law rationing ammunition -say U get a certain amount per month eg old casings handed in =what new ones u get

Please keep your toxic ideas inside of CA. I’ve lived here for 27 years and never seen the level of decline in public safety and quality of life that has occurred under your administration. Homeless everywhere, exploding crime, rampant shoplifting, and local zoning destroyed.
