Introducing 3 pasta recipes that can be made in one frying pan! If you keep the basic amount of water and boiling time down, you can arrange it freely!

It is perfect for first-time self-cooking, as well as for dinner when you live alone, as there is little to wash and you only need one stove. You can also use it for camping etc.

3 Tips for Frying Pan Pasta

①The basic amount of water is 300ml

If adding milk, fresh cream, canned tomatoes, or liquid seasoning, reduce the water so that the total is 300ml.

②Remove the lid 1 minute before the standard boiling time listed on the package to evaporate the moisture.

If you use milk or fresh cream, it will not cook well, so the trick is to boil it for 1 minute longer than the standard boiling time.

Salt: 1/4 tsp

Reduce the use of seasonings such as soy sauce, ketchup, and consommé.

Peperoncino

< Ingredients (for 1 person) >

  • Pasta…100g (1.6mm, standard boiling time 9 minutes)
  • Minced garlic…1 piece
  • Olive oil ... 1 tbsp
  • Water…300ml
  • Salt…1/4 teaspoon
  • Red chili pepper…1/2
  • Salt and pepper...a little
  • *You can use 1-2 teaspoons of tube-type garlic instead. However, it is easy to splatter, so be careful with the heat!

    1. Add olive oil, finely chopped garlic, remove the seeds and cut the red chili pepper into rounds and fry over low heat.

    2. Add the half-folded pasta, water and salt and bring to a high heat.

    3. When it boils, loosen it lightly, cover it, and turn it to medium heat.

    4. While loosening the pasta a few times along the way, boil for 1 minute less than the boiling time indicated on the package.

    5. Remove the lid, remove excess water, add salt and pepper to taste, and it's done.

    Carbonara

    < Ingredients (for 1 person) >

  • Pasta…100g (1.6mm, standard boiling time 9 minutes)
  • Milk…200ml
  • Water…100ml
  • Bacon ... 30g
  • Minced garlic…1 piece
  • Olive oil ... 1 tbsp
  • Salt…1/4 teaspoon
  • Powdered cheese ... 1 tbsp
  • Egg yolk ... 1 piece
  • Black pepper…appropriate amount

    1. Put olive oil, minced garlic and bacon in a frying pan and fry over low heat.

    2. Add the half-folded pasta, milk, water and salt and bring to a boil over high heat.

    3. When it boils, loosen it lightly, cover it, and turn it to medium heat.
    *If the milk is boiled too much, it will separate easily, so the key is to use a medium-low heat.

    4. While loosening the pasta a few times along the way, boil for 1 minute longer than the boiling time indicated on the package.

    5. Turn off the heat, add grated cheese and egg yolk and mix.

    6. Once served in a bowl, top with black pepper and it's done.

    1. Add olive oil and minced garlic to a frying pan and fry over low heat.

    2. Add the half-folded pasta, water, seasonings, and ingredients cut into easy-to-eat sizes and heat over high heat.

    3. When it boils, loosen it lightly, cover it, and turn the heat to medium.

    4. While loosening the pasta several times along the way, boil for 1 minute less than the boiling time indicated on the package.

    5. Remove the lid, remove excess water, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Complete with just one frying pan!

    This time I used a frying pan with a diameter of 26 cm.

    Depending on the size of the frying pan and the thickness of the pasta, the degree of heat will vary slightly. Please adjust the heating time so that it is boiled to your liking.

    Also, when making two servings, double the amount of the recipe as a guide, and the heating time is the same as the recipe. If you serve more than 3 people, the amount of water and heat will change significantly, so it is recommended to make 1-2 servings at a time.

    For peperoncino, you can add your favorite vegetables such as cabbage and broccoli, and for carbonara, you can use gricia (traditional Italian pasta) without adding egg yolk.

    Neapolitan has a chewy texture and is delicious even when cold, so it's perfect for lunch boxes.
