So far, food has been substantially better outside the US. The only thing I miss is authentic mexican. Otherwise — presentation, taste, and ingredients are significantly better, at least in Asia. TBD elsewhere.

My new favorite workout: 1. Pushups until failure 2. Pull ups until failure 3. Leg raises until failure 4. Rest for 90 seconds (Do this for 30 minutes) When you’re done with that: 10 full speed sprints (each for 10 seconds) Killer.

On building an audience: Diversify your platforms. You do not own your audience on Twitter, Tik Tok, Instagram, etc. It can be wiped away with a simple transfer of ownership or change to the algorithm.

16. Success is best enjoyed with others. If you burn bridges on your way to the top, there won't be anyone to enjoy it with. A lonely celebration is far less fulfilling than a celebration with loved ones.
