    SteveUk, 5 hours agoExactly - just back up your data... it's not rocket sc... moreIndeed, one should back up ones data. However, if the phone breaks before a backup could even begin, such as on vacation, MicroSD becomes necessary.

    Additionally, it is easier to back up a MicroSD card than internal storage due to the slowness and constant freezing of the Media Transfer Protocol (MTP). Only MicroSD can be read as a mass storage device, which is significantly faster and smoother.

So in case you drop your phone into water or lose your phone altogether your data will be safe. And Google drive can be helpful too.

          I have the S20 ultra and decided that I don't want a S23 ultra (Note) for 1. I will not use the pen 2 . I don't like square corners and the look of the phone ( Note) 3. I do not want a note ....so I've looked at all phones out now and coming soon and have decided to get the Honor Magic 5 Pro when I can pre order it in a few weeks from the UK from April 19th in black 🙂 you also get a case , charger and a screen protector on the phone in the box + free gifts from Honor wireless earphones / Smart watch / wireless charger , it will be at least one or two of them maybe all 3 as free gifts included with the honor magic 5 pro 😊  and the phone will be cheaper than the S23 ultra also got a buyer for my S20 Ultra £250 with charger and a few official cases to go with it ...that's £250 towards the Honor Magic 5 Pro ( £1095 12gb ram + 512gb memory ) and i can buy the phone though the company I work for GWR Trains ( First Xclusives 8% off honor products for an extra £84 off ) 🙂 so I should pick up the Honour Magic 5 pro for around £661 that includes the £100 off phone voucher for the Honor Magic 5 pro from Honor for registering my interest for pre ordering , £250 for my S20 Ultra and an extra 8% £84 off with First Xclusives  and will get some free Gifts from Honor with the Honor magic 5 Pro .. Smart watch or wireless earphones or wireless charger on top hopefully all 3 🙂

          You will see how much of an archive your internal storage is when an update bricks your phone and your precious memories are locked in.

          Contrary to internal storage, MicroSD cards are removable.

            My S-Pen doesn't doesn't work on some areas I have to use my finger especially on the left corners and sometimes in the middle it doesn't draw

              MicroSD cards can be ejected and read from an external device when necessary.

              If something bad happens: Relax, your data is on the memory card.

                    I'm really disappointed with this cellphone. It doesn't have an SD card slot, which means I can't expand the storage capacity beyond what it comes with. I'm constantly running out of space for my photos, videos, and apps, and I don't want to keep deleting things or relying on cloud storage. This is a major inconvenience and limitation for me, and I wish I had known about it before buying the phone. I don't think I would have chosen it if I had realized this was missing.
