In order to ensure the safety of stadium visitors, the J League and J Club operate games based on management rules. If prohibited activities or security-related activities are stipulated in the game operation management rules, you may be required to comply with the rules for leaving or banning entry.
Please note that entry may also be banned from games other than the offending stadium. We ask for your cooperation to ensure safety.

J League common manners & rules

The J League has rules and manners common to all clubs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation so that all fans who visit the stadium can have a pleasant and enjoyable time.

  • Do not bring bottles and cans
    No Bottles or Cans

  • Do not bring in combustible materials such as fireworks, firecrackers, smoke canisters, smoke, etc.

Some items cannot be brought to the stadium.

  • Fireworks, firecrackers, smoke tubes, gas horns, etc. are not allowed.
  • Bottles and cans are not allowed. Please transfer the contents to a paper cup at the entrance.
  • You cannot watch with a pet. (Excluding guide dogs and hearing dogs)
  • Please cooperate with baggage inspection at the entrance.

Please follow the support manners.

  • Please install banners and banners in the designated places so that they do not interfere with watching games or running games.
  • Never say anything that is discriminatory, insulting or offensive to public order and morals.
  • It is forbidden to lean forward from the front of the 2nd and 3rd floor seats and swing a large flag.

  • Bring-in and use of loudspeakers, hand microphones, tramegas, drums, etc. for purposes other than support

  • Items that may interfere with the progress of the competition, such as trumpets, gas horns, whistles, vuvuzela, whistles, etc.
  • Use of packing tape when installing banners, banners, etc.

Prohibition of intentional place (seat) picking

It is forbidden to intentionally take a place (seat) using flags, flags, tapes, etc.

Please cooperate and follow the manner so that as many people as possible can support you in your seat.
In particular, there has been deliberate space-saving after early admission, which has been implemented since the 2010 season.
If the same situation persists, you may have to review the advance entrance itself, so please understand and cooperate.

Prohibition of standing up on a seat, crossing a handrail, etc.

At the match venue, standing up on the seats and straddling handrails are prohibited.
This is to prevent damage to facilities such as seats and handrails, in addition to the safety aspects of preventing falls from the seat and falling from the stand to the pitch level.

Especially at Paloma Mizuho Stadium, seats have been damaged one after another, and the government has received cautionary advice on how to use it. In some cases, the cost of restoring the current status of the seat may be borne by the individual.

If you do not follow the instructions and instructions from on-site guards and staff, you may be required to leave the facility. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation once again.

Please do not disturb other customers or everyone near the stadium.

  • Please do not watch or cheer while leaving your luggage in the aisle or stopping in the aisle. For safety, please cooperate in securing passage.
  • The audience seats are non-smoking. Please smoke in designated places.
  • Please refrain from using the parking lots of nearby public institutions (emergency medical facilities, etc.).

About illegal parking around the stadium

There are no general parking lots at Paloma Mizuho Stadium and Toyota Stadium. Please use public transportation or shuttle bus (Toyota only).
Also, please do not park illegally near the venue, as it will cause great trouble for local people. On the day of the match, we carry out illegal parking prevention activities with the cooperation of local police.
The club is supported by the community. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

About shooting and video use at the stadium

All or part of the video (including portraits of individual visitors, products such as banners, flags, chants, etc.) shot in the stadium (including concourses) for use in live broadcasts of matches etc. Please note that (including still images) may be used for the following purposes in addition to the use in live broadcasts of matches.

  • Use with large-scale video equipment in the stadium and various monitors installed in the stadium
  • Use in J League and Club Official Media
  • Use in news programs and related media
  • Use in J-League or other products designated by J-League (including partner companies) such as video works and various sales products

Separation and recycling of garbage at the match venue

Nagoya Grampus is committed to environmental protection.

As part of this, we will change the type of trash separation at the home game venue from the 2010 season and recycle some garbage for effective use.

Garbage at the match venue is sorted and collected in four types: paper cups (recycle), plastic bottles (recycle), waste plastic, and burnable trash. We will also recycle paper cups and PET bottles for effective use.
Please dispose of left-over drinks in the provided container.

For paper cups, recycled toilet paper will be used at game venues.
