| This is a partial cockpit PBR repaint for the PMDG 737-700. Created with detailed references, this mod will give you a closer representation of the 737 cockpit as it is used daily.
Install:
Drag and drop the " zMRR PMDG 737 Cockpit Mod " FOLDER (it is within the zip file) into your Community Folder.
Use the specific configuration as outlined in one of the mod photos. If you don't that is fine, the default textures will show there.

Folder size: 1.19GB
Areas that are left as default textures are not possible to change for now due to bad UV maps when I import the model into Blender for use in Substance Painter.
This mod was used to send to Boeing for approval on cockpit mods for PMDG. It has been tested and reviewed by real 737 drivers.

Cockpit mod for -800 tutorial. - Download Mike's 737 Cockpit mod
- Rename the folder to whatever you want, then put it in your community folder.
- In the folder, open layout.json, press CTRL + H, then type 737-700 and then replace text with 737-800
- In the folder, open SimObjects > Airplanes > and rename PMDG 737-700 to PMDG 737-800

Very good! I think the default cockpit is missing that wear and tear although that's pmdg's artistic choice with 737. Easy to make working with 737-800 also by making small changes to folder names... maybe you should add short tutorial of that to description if there are people wanting to use this with -800 model

I edited the layout config in the file but all of my 737-600 VC textures are all messed up. Can you help? I replaced everything with 737-700 to 737-600 in the layout file of the file I downloaded from your mod.

There's a folder in there that you have to change to 737-600 as well, in addition to the layout file.

I did not alter any of the images or add anything to the video. The flightsim.to website does darken the screenshots by 30-40% after you upload them for some reason. This is the result of the website

You can rename the very first folder "zMRR PMDG 737 Cockpit Mod" to whatever you want. I suggest you use the very first letter as something after the letter " P " for loading purposes.

I tested it to check, and it does seem to work perfectly in the 600. Obviously just needs the layout file changed etc. Cheers for the update!

support for -600 is simple, create a copy of the mod folder, rename it to be different than the -700 folder. Get into the -600 and edit the layout.json. Replace text 737-700 to 737-600, you can replace all of this with keys (Control + H) search for 737-700 and replace with 737-600.

Looks like the overhead pressurization panel is messed up, I must have missed that. Use the old pressurization panel for now found in the options.

There seems to be a problem with the voice recorder panel found all the way top right of the overhead above the temp and trim air stuff.
