The Russian source says Russian forces lack sufficient engineering reconnaissance of potential minefields, either due to the lack of time or poorly-trained sappers. They say that some Ukrainian mines do not detonate when the lead tank with a mine-roller passes over them. 2/

Need to clear a field or forest? Just grab 500 mobiks and declare them “sappers”. Line abreast and send the first wave in rusty old BMP’s and the second wave on foot. When they finally stop exploding, voila! Area cleared! Move on to the next one.

The gunner appears to have survived for few minutes only.

9 out of ten experts agree: if you DON’T invade another country your chances of NOT getting blown up increase dramatically.
