I would always use a screen protector on an expensive phone though... you can get good ones where things like image, sensitivity and the fingerprint reader aren't affected at all 👍.

Your Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ essay is shut fake bs as this Samsung outperforms that very well with the 8 Gen 2 and it has 0 cooling issues, in fact, the only SD 8 Gen 2 phone with cooling issues is the Honor Magic 5 Pro with that terrible throttling and GPU performance caused by its bad QC assembly and lack of proper cooling pipes. The heat makes it struggle so much.
Even GSMArena said it in their review for the Honor Magic 5 Pro. Do you see that throttling on GSM's S23 Ultra review? Nope right?? Then stop writing BS as they won't become true no matter if you repeat them 1000 times.

I'd rather let the case take care of drop resistance.

Corning makes the screens for both Galaxy and iPhone but Samsung chose to go with a softer glass for more shatter resistance and less scratch protection.
After using my iPhone 13 Pro Max for 1 year with no protector I had no scratches.
I never felt the need to use protectors on any phone because they mess with image, sensitivity, fingerprint reader, but this is the first time I had such rapid wear.
Yep I have a case.

Samsung Dex are useful, and the S-pen is excellent for productivity on the phone, and only for things that you do on the phone.

Still getting the S23 Ultra only because I need a second phone(first being my iPhone 12 Pro Max go figure lol) and I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 lying somewhere and I can trade that in and get $800 off of the S23 Ultra 512 GB. Awesome deal that can’t be beat. Otherwise, major hard pass. Was looking at the ZTE Nubia Red Magic 8 Pro and wanted that. Looks way more interesting and cheaper."
Samsung haters and apple fanboys are far worse and more toxic like you, stop believing in Dxomark to see smartphone camera rankings, Dxomark has been accused of corruption, and most of us lost credibility in Dxomark when they put the Galaxy S20 Ultra camera ahead of the Galaxy S21 Ultra camera, literally every test showed otherwise, and the things that is even more funnier is that the top only are Chinese brands. By the tests Samsung, iPhone and Pixel should top the list in the first 3 places, but Dxomark isn't reliable and corrupt.
