The '''KW203''' is a USB type A multimeter which is able to display voltage and current. It has two USB output ports in parallel circuit of which the upper (first) port has data lanes passing through, while the lower (second) port has shortened data lanes. The current indicator measures both ports' additive current.

== Display ==
The unit has a red (upper) and a blue (lower) three-digit 7-segment display for voltage and current respectively. The indicators display two digits behind decimal and alternately update twice per second respectively and a quarter second from each other.

The voltage indicator will not update until the difference to the last indicated voltage exceeds 0.08 volts.

== Voltage and current ranges ==
According to a sticker on the unit's rear side, the highest supported voltage and current are 10V and 3A respectively, although highest measurable ampèrage is
3.92
A.{{notetag|Currents above the officially supported range should only be applied for very short durations to prevent heat damage.}} Voltages starting at 10 volts are indicated as
9.99
V. The unit is able to operate on 12 volts with no issues. The actual highest supported voltage is unknown at the moment.

The minimum voltage required for operation at normal display brightness is 3 volts. Below that, the indicators begin to fade in brightness, with the current indicator turning off completely first. The minimum measurable voltage is around 2.2 volts, below which measurement halts. Below 1.9 volts, the voltage display turns off.
