「Processing video...」が表示される原因について
・投稿後、エンコード処理を行っている場合
・アップデートサーバーからコンテンツサーバー（hime, mikoto）へ転送を行っている場合
・コンテンツサーバーの問題で動画がスタックされている場合
以上の原因が主にあります。

ユーザー様より、「ビデオ処理が終わらない」「問題はいつ解決するのか」等のお声をいただきますが、こちらとしても「解決するまで待ってください」としか言えない状況であり、非常に心苦しい限りです。

これらの作業が業者側で行われているため、こちらから手を出すことができておらず、こちらも待つことしかできない状況です。
また、ストレージ増築時にもハードウェアの問題やRAIDの問題など、次々に問題が発生しています。

本来であれば、これらの問題を早急に解決するためも措置を講ずるのですが、今はこれらの措置を行うことができていません。
理由は、先月より告知しているサーバーアップグレード、及びストレージの増築です。

Iwaraはサーバーのホスティング業者から月額制でサーバーをレンタルしてサービスの提供を行っています。
その中でもコンテンツサーバーであるhime/mikotoは主要なサーバーです。
現在、Iwaraではロード時間やビデオ処理に問題が発生しています。

Hardware has been installed on the mikoto server and the RAID is being built. This will take about 10 more hours. After that, setup will be done for normal operation.
mikotoサーバーにハードウェアがインストールされ、RAID構築を行っています。
これにはあと10時間ほどかかる予定です。
その後、正常動作のためにセットアップを行います。

We are currently working on ordering the necessary hardware for the server upgrade, but according to information we have just received, the hardware is taking longer than expected to be shipped, so the problem may not be fixed until early March.
現在、サーバーアップグレードに際して必要なハードウェアを取り寄せて作業をしていますが、先ほど入った情報によるとハードウェアの輸送に想定以上の時間が掛かっているため、発生している問題は3月上旬まで修正されない可能性があります。
Currently, the content server storage is at 100%, so videos that are approximately 2 weeks old are stuck.
We are in the process of upgrading our servers, so as soon as the work is complete, the transfer to the content servers will take place and the problem should be resolved.

現在では、コンテンツサーバーのストレージが100％となっているため、約2週間以前の動画がスタックされている状態となっています。
現在はサーバーのアップグレード途中ですので、作業が完了次第コンテンツサーバーへの転送が行われ、問題は解決するはずです。

3. Older videos (before 2022) stuck in processing should now be fixed. We will still experience database overload from time to time, and there isn't anything we can do about it until we migrate to the new website.
