I suggest adding a scrolling speed multiplicator feature. This means, for example, when I set the multiplicator to 2, the page scrolls twice as fast as my finger moves on screen.

On the Opera Browser of the 2009 Samsung Omnia 2 GT-i8000 smartphone, the page scrolled faster than the finger moved. I liked this alot, since it avoids text from being covered by the finger, and makes scrolling more convenient. Please make this an option in Kiwi browser.
