Mortis was a website that gained popularity on online image boards in the early 2010s.
The site was originally registered in 1997 and is said to have hosted terabytes of data with the largest file being 39 Gigabytes in size. This value was allegedly figured out by "analyzing the source code" of the site, even though the front page is reported to have been minimalistic login screen.[1]
