01/19 approx 0612 UTC Unexpected outage

At around 0612 UTC, there was an unexpected outage caused by an ISP outage. 
The local DOCSIS modem lost contact with the provider. ICMP pings out of my
location were not successful. The outage was resolved a few minutes later
at 0618 UTC. All connections to Libera IRC were interrupted due to timeouts.

01/16 0506UTC -- Unplanned restart

A security change was implemented which required the edge host to be restarted.

Users will experience temporary disconnection from the IRC873 client, but the IRC
connection will persist with Libera.

Estimated downtime less than 5 minutes.
