Home made Ammonium perchlorate based primer detonated successfully, and coated the inside of the corrosion test barrel with combustion residue. Fingers crossed. Hope it doesn't corrode the shit out of the bore.

Glock barrel for diy primer corrosion test has arrived. My white phosphorus produed earlier this week is slowly turning into red phosphorus. Home made Ammonium perchlorate - red phosphorus - glass powder priming compound Corrosion test will begin now.
I take used primer from the depriming die, bang it flat with a hammer and pin, then fill it with priming compound, reseat the anvil, and use my reloading prime to insert it into a case.
I didn't realize the AP was for primers. Nice work. I'm working with a guy to design tooling to punch cups and anvils out of flashing sheets in a regular press.
