全て承知の上での人選なら、神奈川労働局はこの主張を問題なしと判断していると言うことですね。

『高齢者は集団自決』のような発言が行政機関によってされた場合、その発言自体が問題となるでしょう。神奈川労働局がそのような発言をする講師を起用すること自体、社会的に不適切であると考えます。
