I'm disappointed, i bought it yesterday and before i had xiaomi 12t pro and xiaomi camera is much better than s23 ultra and I really don't know how is this, only the camera but everything else is better than xiaomi.

Samsung laughing to customers and trick old Samsung have resolution more better and no cd storage and add extra price small time well reach 2.000 $ . For what only for small phone can't reach 3 inch by 2 inch something make you laugh laptop how much big with all electronics inside hem and big screen only reach same price phone . The battery life on the Samsung S23 ultra is amazing. It's on par with the iPhones 13 and 14 pro max. I got 10 hours screen on time with 5 percent battery life left. For reference, I subjected my iPhone 13 pro max when it came out as well to this same test and it also got 10 hours screen on time, but with 4 percent battery left. However, the S23 ultra is more impressive for the following reasons.
The screen of the S23 ultra is generally brighter than the iPhone and has more pixels to display yet managed the same battery life.
I did my iPhone test in December 2021 when the weather was really cold and barely any sunlight, so the screen brightness was hardly high when outside. However, during the test of the S23 ultra, we had lots of sunshine and when outside, the phone brightness was at its highest and it impacted on the battery significantly, however it still got stellar battery life at the end.
Another factor to consider is the 120hz between the iPhone and Samsung. I love my 13 pro max, but I am sorry, the screen refresh rate was never at 120hz. It was more like 70-80hz to be honest. The 13 pro max feels slow compared to the blazingly fast 120hz on the S23 ultra which I believe uses more power.
I absolutely abused the S23 ultra and it just refused to die. Played games, used Google map whilst driving, took a lot of pictures, videos, browsed on the internet, watched youTube videos, netflix etc. I also tested the standby capability. It's all stellar. I believe as the phone adapt to my usage, the battery would get better.
I am just really impressed with the phone and think Samsung has finally found a winner here.
My 13 pro max have been relegated as my secondary phone now.

Let's compare again the Samsung S23 Ultra (king of phones) with the Vivo X90 Pro Plus:
1. Vivo's 1080p 32mpx mediocre front facing camera vs Samsung's 4K HDR front facing camera, which it has half the megapixels but the quality is immensely superior.
2. Gorilla Glass Victus 2 coating on the S23 Ultra vs a fake cheap "leather" coating on the Vivo, without even mentioning how ugly it is with that sensor that occupies 1/3 of the back cover.
3. The Samsung has a far superior main camera, with 200mpx getting many more details, extremely superior video, extremely superior Dynamic Range, extremely superior exposure, superior night photography and overall color accuracy - the Vivo lacks so much in cameras.
4. Samsung has a proper RAW app that can let you even take astrophotography photos. The video stabilization is on another level. Vivo shakes so much like mid-range phones do.
5. Real x3 and x10 optical zoom, their telephoto lens CRUSH Vivo's mediocre 3.5x zoom.
6. Superior screen with much better calibration and 200 nits superior manual brightness.
7. Much superior sound both with the built-in internal speakers and external BT sound, Vivo allows just 24/192kHz sound, Samsung supports 32/384kHz real Hi-Res audio LOL
7. The Samsung can go up to 1TB of storage, their storage is as well faster.
8. The battery of the Samsung is quite better, having about 20-30% more SoT hours, for the Vivo you need a charger and a nearby plug if you want to use your phone all day long lmao.
9. Samsung's UI is so superior that it's not even worthy to compare them as Vivo gets ashamed, with that crappy Chinese UI, filled with bloatware, extremely late updates, bugs and lots of incompatibilities if you want to use it outside of China, like with Android Auto.
10. Samsung DeX and so many unique features Vivo can only dream about.
11. The ultrasonic fingerprint is actually better on Samsung, Vivo uses the older 2022 version
12. Samsung updates your phone (and fast) for 5 years, Vivo/BBK 2-3 years at most, and they arrive late, even European Oppo's got Android 13 like 3 months after the S23 Ultra lol.
13. Much better future price for the Samsung compared to the Vivo
14. UWB support for the Samsung, 0 for the Vivo

And I can continue... Vivo can be okay competing with other inferior chinese brands like Xiaomi or Oppo, but they are so far behind Samsung and dude... trying to compare them just makes it laugheable, as we can use real life facts and specs to DEBUNK your shillings!!!

Onemanshow, 20 hours agoBecause NOT everyone has S22 Ultra! For example I use P40 pro since July 2020. And if i choose to upgrade this is greag option. Here is Bulgaria s23 ultra 512 Gb is 930 euros. How that is a bad deal?
