Responsibility:We are looking for a Concept Artist to join our team to create an immersive digital world for the next generation. The candidate will be able to provide visual designs for avatars and their wearable fashion development. The product art style is stylized, and the wearable fashion is referenced from the real world. (No-fantasy world nor sci-fi) • Create concept designs and sketches for outfits and accessories for existing avatars. • Research and stay informed on specific fashion brands and provide references and ideas to 3D production team. • Properly catalog all work-related files according to company standards • Communicate and collaborate directly with internal Creative and Production Teams. • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas or improve existing ones. What You Should Have:• Have a good sense of real-world fashion and style, able to create or match the existing reference for the product quality stand. • 2D art skills with the ability to draw and illustrate characters, outfits, accessories, and vehicles • Bachelor’s degree in art/design • Relevant experience in games, animation, fashion, or entertainment as an artist • Strong understanding of forms, materials, composition, perspective, color, anatomy, and lighting • Ability to execute various illustrative styles from photorealism to highly-stylized • Effective researcher that understands how to successfully navigate through search engines in order to discover the best reference and imagery possible • Self-starter, reliable and passionate about their work • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Photoshop • (BONUS) basic 3d know-how ei: blender, Maya, etc Contact us: email address recruiting@bondee.net
