Bondee is committed to creating a space where users can freely express themselves in a relaxed and casual way and where all different opinions and beliefs are respected and understood.
We prioritize user safety and privacy to ensure a sufficiently secure environment when users express themselves. Therefore, we draw up this community guidelines. We believe they form the basis for a pleasant and positive community atmosphere. Bondee can only become a safer, more trust-worthy platform if every user makes the effort to abide by them.
1. Sex crimes against minors
Definition: including but not limited to children or teenagers (or can be considered as such) or sex crime content related to them in forms such as texts, images, audios, videos.
Once an infringement is determined, we will immediately suspend the account involving the sexual exploitation or sexual abuse of minors and assist the local law enforcement department with investigation.
2. Adult sexual content
Definition: content which involves nudity and sexual activities against the common ethics and which may lead to sexual arousal or stimulation.
We do not encourage users to post content about sexual activities or other sexually explicit content. This applies to real-life content that you share, virtual content that you create, and secondary creation based on Bondee materials.
Once we identify any sexual content that are taken or shared without consent, content which promotes, normalizes, or glorifies sexual violence or prostitution, pornographic items, sexually explicit content, or sexual fantasies, Bondee will remove the content and penalize the user who posted them.
3. Crimes, criminal organizations, or other illegal services
Definition: actions using the platform of Bondee to commit crimes or attempt to commit crimes.
To ensure the safety of community, Bondee does not allow the posting of any criminal attempts, the promotion of extremism, the organizing of criminal gangs, or the trade, promotion, or solicitation of illegal or controlled items and services.
Bondee forbids all violent threat, incitement, or glorification of violence or violent behaviors, the posting of unpleasant violent content, promotional content to incite violence, terrorism, or extremist, or the offering of items or services restricted by laws and regulations.
4. Harassment and bullying
Definition: cyber violence including bullying, group bullying, harassment, stalking, etc.
Cyber violence will not only cause depression or mental suffering but also post a safety threat to the victims. Continuous or repeated cyber violence may push the victims to take extreme measures. Bondee will not tolerate such violence.
Besides, Bondee defines “cyber stalking” as posting the information of others, their partner, or their family members in text, image or other forms against their will and causing uneasiness or fear in the person(s) involved. Bondee does not welcome such behaviors.
“No” means disconsent on Bondee. When other users ask you to stop or try to stop an ongoing behavior, they are seen as clear rejection signals. You need to stop your current behavior immediately. Otherwise, you may be subject to penalties.
5. Suicide or self-harm
Definition: any attempts to end one’s own life, or to harm oneself, including disordered eating.
If you know anyone who is struggling with suicidal ideas or self-harm, or who is seriously considering suicide, we suggest you immediately contact local emergency services or suicide prevention organizations. In the event that we find a user with suicidal or self-harm thoughts or behaviors, we will also immediately alert local emergency services or suicide prevention organizations for intervention.
6. Community security
Definition: Bondee does not allow content, behaviors, or activities that may harm the platform or its users.
Bondee offers users virtual personas for them to express themselves freely in a virtual environment. However, with freedom comes responsibility. We forbid second-time crime or infliction of harm, content which may infringe upon users' privacy, dissemination of false information, spams, frauds, scams, or other behaviors which attempt to harm the platform security.
7. Copyright infringement
Please respect other people’s copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. We will remove the content involving such infringements. If you find others infringing your copyright or trademark, you can contact us in feedback.
The above are our Community Guidelines. If you violated one of the regulations, your content may be removed and your account suspended. If repeated violations or serious breach of regulation is identified, your account may be permanently suspended.
