正月の餅、余ってねえか?

「マタギの携行食」ともいわれる秋田名物『バター餅』の作り方を教えよう。案外簡単だ。

今回は切り餅3個。耐熱容器に餅と水を入れてレンチン。バターと砂糖を入れて練る。

分量?適当でいい。 ImageImageImage
練り終わったらこれに、谷垣ニシパから教わった「砕いた胡桃(くるみ)」を入れて混ぜる。

※途中、固くなってきた場合は温度か油分が足りないので、適時バターか加熱を追加

汁気が無くなるほど混ざったら打ち粉(片栗粉)にまぶして整える。 ImageImage
あとは適当に切り分けるか、ちぎって食え。冷めても柔らかい。うめえぞ。
