Growth is the motto of the company favouring, personal goals aligned with organisational goals. Our CEO does townhall with everyone where he shares about the company and each step. Very transparent environment.

The work environment is very open and which makes me spend more time in office.

There are a lots of pros of the company. Work Environment - We have an open work environment, We work here as a family as well as professionalism is maintained. We start our week by meditating together at 9am, after the meditation we enjoy a healthy breakfast. Every Saturday we have fun sessions. We get to learn lot of things to improve our skills and upgrade ourselves to leadership/managerial position. we are arranged regular training sessions by the organisation. Everyone in the organisation have a can do attitude and will always help you if needed. We celebrate a lot here a small achievement achieved by anyone in organisation is celebrated here. Managers are very supportive and always guides us to perform better. We enjoy working here, it does not feel like working.

As I enjoy my work, I doesn't learn about the time and it gets late always to reach my home. So the cons is I get scolded by my parents.

Management is So hypocritic that you would not get to know their real face until unless you study their behaviour when you are not around them. They will tell you one thing on your face which create an image of themself being a Good leader, but deep down they are the worst leader. they will not force you directly about anything, they will simply direct your manager to do that work and detect your every step around the office, freedom is a myth here. 1: You will be judged by the looks by the way you manage the sweet talk with the leader, not by your work. Work is secondary. 2:- Clients and Employees are just robots or money printing machines for them, they don't care about them. for them money is everything. 3: During Pandemic When everyone was working from home and working even in overtime(Which doesn't exist according to them) The CEO Said He doesn't want to spend money to give just salary to the employees DUring Pandemic which will be wasting money according to him, Even asked employees not to take any salary for 2 months. 3:- They even create WhatsApp groups where they discuss other employees with the group members who are their chosen few or in other words who day or night pamper the CEO by saying you are the best or you are the great irrespective of work they do. Even they plan to humiliate the said employees in many ways in the groups in presence of the CEO. 3:- Don't join this company if you want to grow in your carrier.

Pros

I was not able to find any good thing about the company. Ah! You get an opportunity to meet & see dozens of new faces (new joinees) frequently who gets on-boarded and leave the organization in the first month itself.

*The senior management of this company who are excellent with their words and won't even consume much of your time to manipulate and misguide you; Their words will make you feel that Bookingjini is the next big thing but once you spend a good year with Bookingjiini you will left amused how hypocrite they are and how toxic the work culture is. *They will force you to work 11-12 hours a day and you also will be told if you won't work 11-12 each day- you should not be expecting any promotion or salary hike. *Talking about salary previously it used to get credited on 2nd and 3rd week of every month now it is fixed and mainly released within the first 10 days of the month. *And the senior management will force you to even report all the negative review posted on Glassdoor and AmbitionBox. And they will ask you to post a fake review instead so all the 5 star 4 star review you see here are all Fake and been posted by the employees upon the message of the senior management. *If you keep ticking their check list you will be appreciated and if you don’t you will be thrown out with out any prior notice. * It is a people driven company not a process driven company manily being run by top2 individuals. *All posts you see about them on Linkedin, Glassdoor, Google, etc are all fake and fabricated. They even ask their clients to put fake reviews on google & force their employee to please the clients and ask them for a review. * And the Senior management as like Indian aunties have this pathetic habit of poking into your personal life and your personal matters. *They are least bothered about your health and matters for them is sales and numbers. * I have been witnessing this for more than a year now and this the reason why I will be leaving this company this month. And they might also ask all their employee to report this particular review as well. Please be wise and look for other companies for you career.

- No work life Balance - You are expected to work even at 12 midnight - Lack of Process - The only thing this Company cares about is sales, and have no vision for employee health and work life betterment The vast majority of people in this organization don’t want to be working long hours every day of the week, but they are forced to. Why? Because this organization don't care about these people having lives outside of work. Look after your employees, and they’ll look after your business. Thank you Bookingjini for destroying my life.
