よくあるご質問 お客様から多く寄せられる質問とその回答をまとめました。お問い合わせの前にご確認ください。 ミストが出てきません。 下記のご確認をお願い致します。 ■タンク 正しくセットされているか。 ■振動子 表面に汚れが無いか。 ■湿度設定 湿度が設定の数値を超えていないか。数値を超えると自動的に動作を停止します。 周りの床が濡れます。 湿度が高すぎたり、床などの低い場所で使用すると、ミストが蒸発しきらない場合がございます。 水漏れします。 下記のご確認をお願い致します。 ■タンク 正しくセットされているか。 ■止水弁 ゴミが付着していないか。 部屋の湿度が上がりません。 ラグを敷いていたり、換気状態や床・壁の材質によって、湿度が上がりにくくなる場合がございます。 周りに白い粉が付きます。 白い粉は水道水に含まれるカルシウムなどが固形化したものです。付着したら水拭きしてください。 ヒーター機能にはどんな効果がありますか？ ■除菌効果 本体に供給された水の半分が70・90℃に加熱されるので、水を綺麗に保ちます。 ■加湿量増加 加熱することで加湿効率が向上するので、さらに多くミストが噴出されます。 水道水以外は使用できませんか？ 水道水以外を使用した場合、雑菌の繁殖、水垢の付着、悪臭、変色などの原因になります。 手入れの仕方を教えてください。 ■本体 中性洗剤を含ませた布で掃除してください。掃除の後は洗剤を拭き取ってください。 ■ミスト吹き出し口 週に1回は食器用洗剤で洗い、洗剤が残らないよう水ですすいでください。 ■タンク 水洗いをしてしっかり乾かしてください。 ■水槽 使用後ごとに水を捨ててください。また、2・3日に1回ほどブラシで掃除して水拭きしてください。 部品のみの販売はしていますか？ 部品販売は行っておりません。
