Roll is a character from the Mega Man series that first appeared in the original Mega Man game. She would later appear as a playable character in Marvel vs. Capcom and Marvel vs. Capcom 2, as well as in Tatsunoko vs Capcom.

DLN-002 "Roll" is one of two robots created by Dr. Thomas Light to function as his personal lab assistants, the other being her brother Rock, who would later be converted into the combat robot known as Mega Man. While her brother would find himself a new purpose by defeating Dr. Wily and his reprogrammed robot masters, Roll would remain in her capacity as Dr. Light's assistant, using whatever resources at her disposal to assist her brother. She mostly provides a minor supportive role in the series due to her non-combat function and design, but has been shown to be capable of using ordinary objects in combat, such as a broomstick in her signature attack "Roll Swing", to hold her own.

In M.U.G.E.N, Roll has been made by various creators, most of them based off of her Marvel vs. Capcom incarnation.

Hsiehtm's version

Hsiehtm's edition of Roll is based off the first Marvel vs. Capcom game. She may be weak, but her A.I, shows that she can surpass her older brother any day.
