ZEN-04 Software Engineer, Back-end, Global product

LegalOn Technologies has led the digital transformation of Japan’s legal industry with its unique product since 2019. We are expanding our operations into the US and are looking for talented engineers to be part of our Japan-based team dedicated to building our global product in close collaboration with the US team. This position will involve collaboration and communication with US-based product manager and development team, as well as the US sales team. The role will also involve some collaboration with members of the Japanese development team (which developed current code base). Communication within the team will be in English, while communication with other teams based in Japan will be primarily in Japanese. # KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Initially: Localize and enhance current product for use in US market. - 5+ years of experience in web development - Experience to develop team efficiency and/or code quality - Selection of middleware or tech stack, implementation, and post-implementation operation and maintenance - Ability to perform in a global environment ## Language qualifications The team will use English.
