THE GOOD:--------------* A complete 7 piece set.* A brochure is included that explains each piece.* High quality, very heavy duty fidget set. Each of the pieces feel great in the hands due to their weight.* My favorite is the hypnotic flowing helix, to the backdrop of Twilight Zone music. LOL!* The playing cards are terrific. They are slightly smaller than standard Bicycle cards. Time will tell if they actually do last longer. Watch my video if you're a card handler, you'll see you can do pretty much the same manipulations as you can with normal decks.* Perfect gift set for a business person, it is indeed classy. But honestly, anybody would be thrilled to get this set. Even people who dabble in magic, such as myself. We constantly have cards in our hands, coins, anything to fidget and manipulate.* Customer service is top notch!THE BAD:------------* At this price range, I expect perfection, but one of my pieces came with nicks and dents. Every toy ended up being very addicting in its own right, meeting my needs in different areas where I needed a distraction, an item to hold while concentrating, Or something to add activity to a boring part of my desk job.
All the toys are made of either steel, aluminum, or, for the cards, coated in some unknown metal alloy. They are going to be the first and last desk toys that I pick up. The magnets are strong and are specified to be created in a way where the magnets will remain magnetic forever. The spinning top lasts longer than any of the ones that came with my balls and jacks toys as a kid. Everything is just well-designed. The cards reminded me of some other shiny cards I had before, and those lasted a long time, until I lost them. I think these will last just as long as those. Before this kit, I didn't really consider cards fidget toys, but not, looking back, I definately did fidget with them a lot.
The funny part was that the gorgeous cardboard-plastic box with the magnetic lid was inside a painted cardboard box... which was inside a brown cardboard box. It was a great experience to open, full of anticipation. Seeing a stitched book the quality of a photo album... for a toy set, was also very humorous. Obviously the toys are meant to be kept in the box like tools, but I want them available on teh desk, so I won't be holding them there. The box, though, was definately a premium unboxing experience.

The items are definately well-made, and fufill all the tasks I needed out of desk toys. They have a great weight to them, and feel strong enough to take a beating with a hammer. I like the variety. Each of my siblings got attached to a different toy, as they each offer something different. I appreciated the instructions for the double-spinning fidget spinner, because I really did not know how to hold it to get both gears to spin at once. The smooth square also confused me, but the stitch-bound book was quick to teach me about the toys in few words.By SA on May 24, 2022
