Your biggest revenue problem is your horrendous ad dashboard that no small business can ever figure out. Your promote button is also a mess. Just a piss poor UI/UX and it can be fixed. Happy to help. So much lost revenue.

On top of that, you are missing out on so many opportunities to market to businesses that aren't booking now. Biz accounts managed by a user account. Get their info & market ads to them with coupons Content helping them target & use effectively. Steal ideas from FB & Google.
