Why do we allow Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc dictate how we can spend our money? They aren't the law, nor are they enforcing any laws by doing this. They should not be allowed to do this. Just process the payment, damnit.

As a Russian who, among with approximately 140m other people was deemed "unworthy" to spend money outside Russia, I have been talking shit about Visa/MasterCard duopoly for a while now
