Remember when people were worried that Pixiv suddenly had an english branch they focused on? Well.. Due to pressure of Credit Card companies, Pixiv will be banning certain content from being sold on any of their financial Services. Effective December 15th.

It is unclear if this applies to fictional content as well, but considering that the pressure is from external sources, I would assume it is. Pixiv main site, still will allow this content, but it won't be able to be monetized. Thus, less of it will be made as a result.

Sometimes I don't get this people, most claim it is because of the incest and loli art which some can be considerated CP under their vision, but it that's the case, why would you even allow the content to stay as long as it's not monetized???

Mostly because the people saying that are the credit card companies, if it's not monetized it's not their concern nor do they have any power regarding it as there's nothing that requires their services and/or products
