Like, even if they want that low poly texture, Nintendo's own work on wind waker HD for the WiiU shows them up.

Memory leak. Xenoblade 2 had similar issues when it first launched.
It still has memory leak issues but not as bad as it was before.

Also, the enemies in XC3 are still rendered from the distance, compared to wild pokemon disappearing and reappearing depending on how many meters away you are from them.

Clearly the ones in charge of developing Scarlet/Violet just didnt care much. Idk what Gamefreak was thinking hiring them for the job. The issue is NOT the console. The issue is all on the game's development.
