ゲームクリエイターも人生の大事な時間削って良いゲームを作っていると思うのですが、その見返りとして目の前にニンジンがぶら下がっている方が良いゲームが出来るのをSEGA分社化の時に見たので、同じような仕組みにしたかったんです。私の事でなく沢山の部下達とセガの為になんとかしたかったんですよ
