Precautions at the time of application

  • Please download and print the entrance examination guidelines, application documents, address label and each designated form by yourself. Please note that we do not distribute or mail to the counter.
  • An environment that can print, such as a printer, is required.
  • Please print the prescribed paper used for application in A4 size (single side) and color (black and white is also acceptable).
